Many times we focus on the summer slide for students and our colleagues who are educators. Applying some of the work of Richard Sheridan, CEO of Menlo Innovations and the author of Joy, Inc. Heather has offered learning focused activities to energize and engage other professionals who work in education.
As Art Costa years ago told me, if we don’t create mentally stimulating environments for teachers [and all staff], why do you think they will do this for students.
Thank you Heather for providing ways to increase Joy in education. Thank you Rich for sharing your positive vision for organizations. This ROX (return on experience) will be the new best fringe benefit for educators to attract and retain our best learners to education.
